Session Length
Sessions are forty-five minutes, starting at the scheduled appointment time. If you are going to be more than five minutes late, please text me at 601-397-4273. If you notify me before the scheduled appointment time, I may be able to make provisions for you to receive your full session. Insurance, Fees and Methods of Payment I am a network provider with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Advanced Health Systems and some United Healthcare plans (please contact me for details if you have UHC). If I am in network with your insurance, I will look up your coverage for you and we will discuss how much your sessions will cost. For those with other insurance companies, I am happy to assist you with the process of submitting a claim to your insurance company for reimbursement. The amount of reimbursement depends on your policy and out-of-network benefits. My fee is $120 per session. Grants for reduced session fees are sometimes available. I currently accept Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, Zelle, credit cards and checks. Cancellation Policy Please give a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel a session. If you notify me between 24 hours and one hour before the scheduled time, you will be billed for half of the fee. If you do not give any notification you will be billed for the whole fee. In the case of emergencies, the fee may be waived. |
